Each piece of jewelry presented on Seraphym Designs’ website is subject to strict standards of quality and workmanship established by our Founder, Arasely Rios. Through a systematic inspection process, Arasely and her Quality Inspection Team ensures that each piece meets or exceeds those rigorous standards.
Simply stated, we want you to be satisfied. We guarantee it. If you are not completely satisfied, tell us within 7 days of receiving your product and you can make arrangements for an exchange. Contact us here to arrange for a exchange.
Custom orders are non-refundable and no exchanges will be offered. No exceptions. A non-refundable custom design deposit for half the estimated amount will be due prior to production.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At this time, Seraphym Designs ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands; using United States Priority Mail. Additionally, Seraphym Designs ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico, and other international locations via FedEx only. We are currently undergoing configuration of having FedEx integration into our store. If you are interested in using FedEx, please contact us directly until then; so that we may be able to make arrangements for you. If placing an International order, please calculate extra time for delivery. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please let us know if you would like special arrangements made, as far as insurance or signature confirmation.
As each ordered item is handmade, shipping of each item may take anywhere between 3-6 days to ship from date of order. If you would like to place a rush on your order, please contact orders@seraphymdesigns.com and explain your situation. We will make every effort to accommodate you, however, please take into consideration that as a part of the quality or our product, taking time to create each piece is a factor.

You can shop at Seraphym Designs with confidence. We have partnered with Stripe and PayPal, both leading payment gateways, to accept credit cards safely and securely for our customers.
The Stripe and PayPal gateways manage the complex routing of sensitive customer information through their secure credit card processing networks.
