This Rosary is a VERY LARGE full 5 decade rosary that can be prayed with but not carried in your purse or pocket. It is used as a centerpiece in a home or office, It can be draped from a statue or rest over a bible. It is part of our Seraphym Gallery Museum collection. BEADS: Large Round Ebony wood from Africa. Each bead contains hand forged metal designs hammered into the wood. Teal crystal accents and handmade beads containing natural Turquoise and Coral complete this design. CENTERPIECE MEDAL: This is a 3″solid bronze hand-cast replica depicting the center part of a tryptic icon from the 1700’s. This medal depicts The Theotokos (The God bearer). It is a rare icon known as a Agiosortissa Pectoral. It details Our Blessed Mother Mary surrounded by the 12 apostles. Her left hand openly points to Christ, and right holds a staff. The Inscription: “MP-OY” on either side of Mary’s head symbolize that she is the Mother of God.
ADDITIONAL MEDALS: Attached to the centerpiece is a 2.25″ medal depicting The Holy Monstrance.
THE CRUCIFIX: The crucifix measures about 5.5″ tall and depicts the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove, Our Blessed Mother Mary, Jesus Christ Our Lord, and The Sacrificial Lamb.
ADDITIONAL MEDALS: Two oval saint meals attached to the arms of the cross depict St. Rosalia, and St. Valentine.
ANGEL WING: Each design comes with the trademark Seraphym 1″ tall angel wing with a dangling rose opal Czech glass beads.
PACKAGING: Each rosary comes in its very own unique packaging including: A burlap Rosary pouch, a Seraphym how to pray the Rosary Guide, and an item description card describing the beads and origin of the medals
